Appointments are not guaranteed until you receive confirmation by email or text. Please ensure your contact details are correct so I can reach you easily. Cancellation Policy Life happens — I completely understand. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time will incur a 50% charge of the service booked. Missed appointments without notice (no-shows) may be charged the full amount.
